Cameron Apartments

The place is not as bad as others say. Sure there’s people who wander into the grounds but what apartment complex doesn’t get that from time to time. The office team has been friendly whenever I’ve been in or called. They respond fairly fast. The “infestations” are probably due to dirty peoples living. We’ve done our job of putting bait traps and cleaning constantly to keep the roaches away. Gloria has always felt welcoming to us and helpful. I do wish however, they add a community basketball hoop to each pad where the pools used to be by the laundry rooms or made it a bit more useful for something. The pool is great!

Gloria is amazing. She definitely went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier finally being able to have our own apartment and not just a room for rent in someone’s house. We only moved out here a year ago and Gloria is a stepping stone to having this place we can call home. Thanks Gloria, I owe you a plate of lasagna!!!!!

The Cameron Apartments is a family friendly commununity and anytime there are any issues, maintainance or otherwise, they are quick to listen and solve whatever it is! Gloria Pineda is a very professional and knowledgeable employee who has helped me from the first day and made my leasing process smooth and easy. Gloria gets it done! She showed me that Cameron Apartments are not only a community but a home! Thank you Gloria Pineda!!

CAMERON APARTMENTS IS A NIGHTMARE. Includes roaches in every room A useless leasing office + incompetent staff Homeless people knocking at your door Just $1,000/month for the full horror package! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I know that sounds typical but Cameron Apartments is the absolute worst place I have ever lived in my life! This place should be shut down for health and safety violations. From the day we moved in, we were dealing with a severe roach infestation. I'm talking roaches painted into the walls. Then they started crawling up from the floor boards, falling out of the ceiling, coming out of the stove burners, the light switches, getting INSIDE the fridge, and even our bed. They were inside the microwave, in the door frames, and literally crawling on

toured 2 bed 1 bath upstairs with Gloria my experience was good there nice but the apartment is to small and entrance doors are to close to each other has no washer and dryer in unit other than that staff was friendly and polite 🙂 like that my toured person was bilingual
