Camelot Village Apartments

EF Burke was a horrible company and group of people to try and work with and live here with as a tenant. Pillar Real Estate took over on November 4, 2025, and they went right to work. We had a roach problem that EF Burke just didn't act upon. In less than two weeks, Pillar had an exterminator here, two weeks return for a follow up, and again just recently. Since this past weekend we saw two more roaches and we called and put in a maintenance request but the issue was not even taken care of before I was sent a survey asking how well the job was done. Then when I looked on the website there was no request, it was gone as if the issue was addressed. I still have faith in this new owner because they moved faster than the previous ones but EF Burke lwft them in a difficultposition. At this t

They have been working around the clock and I appreciate your dedication to make our complex a safe place to live. The staff responds quickly when you call if there’s a problem and follow up to make sure your issue is taken care of. I definitely would recommend Camelot Village if you’re looking for a place to live. Thanks again team!!!

I like it here. The maintenance and office staff have always been helpful and friendly. Yes, some things are starting to fall apart as it gets older, but in the year I've been here, they've done numerous improvement projects. The location is great with everything nearby. The 2BR space itself is a bit modest. Bottom floor is concrete pad, great if you hate old squeaky floors, or the 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies. I had to get creative with silverware since there is only one kitchen drawer 6 inches wide. Between no headaches from the staff, excellent location and the modest price, it'd be tough to find much better these days. Recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IT’S A MISTAKE!! Terrible and extremely rude customer service, NOT FAIR OPPORTUNITIES and they make decisions based on their negative attitude. Washers and driers are terrible, neighbors that harass minors and nobody does anything about it.

Moving out today. Old buildings, thin floors, strange setup. In the summer the air conditioner is directed right at a wall so the cold air doesn't go down the hallway into the bedrooms making it useless. I think they overcharge.
