I wish I could leave no stars. I have been a tenant of a property managed my Camelot for 5 1/2 years. I love the location and size of the property and the rental amount is reasonable. However whenever something needs to be fixed it is truly painful. We dealt with a bug problem for over a year with no help. It took many tears and me waking up with bugs on my face for the issue to be resolved. Currently our washing machine is broken and they keep telling me when it will be fixed but it has yet to happen. It's been over 5 weeks with no working washer and they are telling me it will be an additional two weeks. I'm not exactly proud of how I spoke to their staff today. I am so unsure how to get through to them to see something change. The staff is unprofessional, condescending and very difficul

SHIT COMPANY ELISA IS A PIECE OF TRASH. camelot property management is an absolutely terrible company. I have sent them over 13 emails trying to get rats removed from the roof of my building which is infested and they refuse to send anyone out. it's against the law to rent buildings out infested with rats. Elisa and Adriana are incredibly unprofessional and the absolute worst people to be representing this company. or perhaps this is the way they are trained. I will be emailing the FHA, code enforcement and local news stations at this point. So Camelot decided to lie and reply to my review. So let me clarify. The first several times pest control came, I was here and gladly let them in. I have the photos of the rats they pulled from the roof. In the last week, You guys sent pest co

The most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with. I was a stellar tenant for over two years and due to their lack of professionalism and revolving door of employees they decided to deduct an obseen amount of money from my security deposit for rent. I purchased a home and provided them with more than 30 day notice. I was given a prorated amount to pay and then on the day of my move they decided that I would be responsible for the full month. They falsely deducted the remainder of the month out of my security deposit even though they had possession of the home. I was on a month to month basis and did everything that I needed to do in order to leave on good terms. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter and am now forced to take them to small claims court. If you

I am on my third year as a tenant with Camelot Property Management and the level of welcoming, warm, professional and friendly services provided that led to the signing my initial contract continues throughout my stay. I find ALL of the staff to be very courteous and easy to communicate with and are always quick to attend to my needs. I would definitely recommend Camelot Property Management to anyone looking to take the hassle out of looking for a new apartment/home and the comfort in knowing that you have a team behind you who genuinely cares. BEWARE!! A horrible company all around. Has no concern for their tenants. A/c broke on a Friday, they are closed on weekends and said the earliest they can send someone is 5 days later and we were not allowed to hire our own licensed repairman. They have a high turnover so you'll almost never talk to the same person twice. The initial walk-through before we moved in lasted all of 5 minutes but the walk-through when we were ending our lease was almost an hour. We were charged $65 for light bulbs, we were charged for things that were damaged before we moved in and even charged for areas covered by the association. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR REFUND until you are certain it is correct, if it is deposited you cannot dispute their claims against your security deposit. Document everything and avoid them
