Jake Melton is the best. I gave him my basic criteria and I started getting listings immediately. After one day of seeing houses, I narrowed the criteria and got new and better choices immediately. Again I applied , the guy was late, the house needed upgrades, rat holes were in the backyard,sooo many,it wasn’t about our credit, your company were taking advantage of the collection of applicants fees. We were approved by a way better company. You can respond how much you want and I will respond to, you were not a good company 3-4 years ago
