Camden Pier District Apartments

Had a great tour with Jason in the leasing office this afternoon. He was very understanding that I got held up before our preset appointment. He allowed me to explain specifically what I was looking for and showed me a few units all within what could work for my budget. Apartment hunting, I’ve been touring a lot of buildings in the area and it’s rare that the leasing agents spend the time to go through all of the relevant little details. Jason also took the time to set me up with a self-guided tour of Camden’s other building, which went smoothly and helped expand my options!

Had a great experience with Laterica in the leasing office today. She was very professional and understanding of everything I was looking for in my new apartment. She did a great job of going through all of the amenities. If you’re looking at possibly moving into Camden, ask for Laterica.

Jason did a lovely tour with me for a one bedroom I was interested in. Talked about all the different amenities like the rooftop pool, gym, and the dog park! Views were great and loved the patio area in the apartment. Square footage was exactly what I was looking for but is slightly out of my budget that I set for now. I’ll definitely keep my eye on this place! Jason answered my million and one questions I had, so thank you. Keep up the great work.

My husband and I have lived here since 2018, and it's shocking how much the property has deteriorated. We pay almost $4,000 in rent, yet we’re constantly dealing with issues like: *The elevators being out of service regularly. *Ongoing construction on the rooftop amenities, which has been dragging on for months with no completion in sight. *Air conditioning not functioning in the hallways or the clubhouse. *The garage gates are left wide open to the public due to being broken once again with Zero Security *The coffee machine was removed, upsetting many residents. *There are no more monthly events for residents, and when events were held, the advertising was poor or done with little notice. (We used to have rooftop concerts, live bands, champagne parties, holiday events, brunches, etc.) *T

Just moved in & very pleased w/ my experience (from initial meeting to lease discussions to moving in). Big shout out to Laterica, who was incredibly helpful and continues to be available over the course of the process. Shout out to Sam for checking in frequently on the status of the move-in process. I'm excited to be a part of this community.
