I have lived a several different Camden properties in Atlanta and enjoyed my experience until I moved to Phipps. They switch staff often and never know what the last person did. The current leasing manager Jasmine is difficult to deal with and will lie about financial responsibility which totally violates the CLAP. I have sent serval complaints to her directly with no response, so I will be taking it up with the CLAP directly shortly.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! Tonie at the leasing office is always so kind, sweet, and quick to answer any questions I have, she truly goes above and beyond. CJ does an amazing job handling maintenance requests promptly and professionally. He is very very hardworking. It’s clear that both of them care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home. When it comes to the apartment, it’s beautifully renovated with amazing view from the balcony.

I’ve lived at Camden Phipps a bit over two years and I don’t have any major complaints. Any issues I’ve ever had have been handled quickly. The maintenance and leasing staff are amazing and the customer service is great. I like that everything is a package and I enjoyed the perks of having cable. Valet trash sometimes would be inconsistent and the parking decks are very narrow but other than that, no huge issues. I like that guest parking is free with registration. It’s a nice and chill complex to live.
