Camden Park Apartments

I am only here for a month but Camden Apartments has already made such a positive impression on me. The staff are truly some of the friendliest people I have ever met. John and Daryl are especially amazing—they are so kind, welcoming and genuine. Every time I see them, they go out of their way to say hello and it honestly brightens my whole day. The apartment itself is really cute and feels so cozy. Mine came fully furnished through corporate housing which made moving in completely stress free. Everything works well and it truly felt move-in ready from day one. The only small thing I’d mention is that the shower pressure could be a bit stronger but aside from that, I genuinely have no complaints. Absolutely terrible & not worth it. They can't keep people here once they move in. Just a taste of what to expect: It's vastly overpriced for what they have to offer. They force you to pay for garbage collection that's collected daily Sunday - Thursday but the people they hired to pick up the trash are unreliable. You'll literally have trash just sitting outside of your front door for days on end. You'll have that wonderful trash smell every time you open a window. The office doesn't care to handle the problem. Also, the electricity bill in the winter time is atrocious. Expect $300+ per month even when using the heat with caution. Their's something wrong with the Furnaces but the office again shrugs it off. (They have a not my problem mentality) They schedule routine maintenance to come

I truly enjoy living here! The management does a fantastic job of bringing resident together by hosting fun activities, which make it easy to get to know your neighbors and the staff. I have nothing but positive things to say about the community. The response time to work orders is fast, and any concerns I’ve had have been addressed promptly.

Edited! Don’t live here. They cant keep track of any paperwork. They changed our lease to a 13 month lease without our consent or permission. Poop everywhere! Footballs hitting cars! Not a great place! They keep adding random charges to our account! So watch your ledgers carefully. They also signed us up for some credit reporting company and are charging us for it even after we opted out. There is dog poop everywhere and we had someone break into our car! The neighborhoods our loud and the other one they tired to say we weren’t allowed to be on the sidewalk. So not friendly. When the building first opened they made sure we were comfortable and fine tuned the air conditioning. The air conditioning still doesn’t hardly work. Its 82 degrees in our apartment most warm days. I’ve been here from Day 1 & after seeing the wrinkles be smoothed & watching Camden Park “fall into place”, I have to say I’m impressed. You are Welcomed at Camden Park when you 1st walk into the Leasing Office & it’s non-stop from there. The Staff, from Maintenance to Management is by far, the most efficient & Tenant-comfort oriented that I’ve experienced! In closing, I’d say the turn-around time on any needs & the timely communication throughout, is unmatched! I’d definitely recommend Camden Park as your next home, whether a family or bachelor/bachelorette, there’s a place for you here, at Camden Park that you’ll love!
