Camden Music Row Apartments

Camden is really top tier. I lived here previously and moved away but I’m now moving back because of how amazing the staff is, and the units are just more spacious. You can’t really get that anywhere in downtown without paying an arm and a leg and a thigh lol. Kennedy & Alma are the best there is! I love them and Carey & Stephanie. Honestly they are all the best gems that Camden Music Row could ever have. 11/10 recommend!

I lived at Camden from 2019 (when it was Element) to 2024 and had a generally good experience. My apartment itself was definitely the highlight: it was generously sized, had a stunning view of the sunset over Belmont, came with plenty of storage closets, and was incredibly quiet due to the concrete build. I also greatly appreciated the convenience and safety of the 24/7 concierge. On the negative side, living on the roundabout was frustrating due to traffic and occasional crime, we often went long periods with no working garage door to prevent break ins, guest parking was close to impossible, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired in elevators and hallways. All things considered, I'd recommend Camden if you're looking for a quiet apartment with a sunset view and don't care as much about

My time at Camden has been incredible. The service is always so warm and friendly, and I've genuinely become friends with all the staff here! (Abram at the front desk is always so warm and helpful) I look at my view of the Nashville skyline every night from my apartment and I am just so grateful. I'd really recommend living at Camden, you won't be disappointed!

We lived in Camden Music Row and Camden Franklin under management of Ms. McIntyre. It was a wonderful experience as the properties were wonderful to live in being clean, up-to-date, quiet, just a perfect place to call home. Thanks C. McIntyre for providing such a great rental experience for 4 years!

The experience I had touring Camden was amazing. The leasing agent, Kennedy, was a gem. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the building. I didn’t feel rushed while touring the building and the apartments. She got back to me in a timely manner. She really showed that she had no problems assisting me in my move. I would send friends and family to her to live in the Camden on Music Row.
