Wanted to write a review to shoutout the prompt maintenance crew here at Camden. John has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication as a maintenance worker at our apartment complex. Recently, he promptly addressed a plumbing issue in my unit, arriving quickly and efficiently resolving the problem with great attention to detail. Beyond his technical skills, John is always courteous and approachable, making residents feel comfortable when requesting assistance. Thank you!

We have been blessed with our Maintenance supervisor Donnie Hood. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, polite and gets our service request taken care of quickly. He keeps us up to date on routine service needs. Thank you Donnie for all your hard work.

Have enjoyed my time at Camden Dilworth. Maintenance team has been very quick with the small issues that I’ve had. John particularly took the time to check on my AC after fixing the issue to ensure it is operating properly

The maintenance team, especially Jawn, have been extremely helpful with any issue I’ve had. They are always friendly when I see them around the building and are great with my puppy, which I really do appreciate.

Recently moved out after being a resident for 2+ years and this has been by far the best rental experience I've ever had. Sure the building isnt the fanciest or newest, so if that's a selling point for you I *highly* recommend touring first or reading the amenity list online. But what it lacks in flashiness it more than makes up for in other ways: 1) the staff - from the day I toured to the day I handed my keys in, Whitney and Xavier in the front office have been nothing but friendly, communicative, and transparent. Donnie and John on the maintence team are also amazing and are on site every day keeping the building clean and everything fixed.
