I had a great experience touring with Kaitlyn. I was 20 minutes late for our appointment but Kaitlyn put me at ease right away. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property and the whole leasing process. I recently moved to Denver from Florida and have lived at Camden Belleview Station for just over a month, and it has been wonderful so far. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. I feel very safe here, and everything is beautifully maintained. Any small maintenance issue I’ve had has been addressed right away. I currently have a service request open for a washing machine part that’s on order, and based on how quickly everything else has been handled, I know it’ll be taken care of promptly. The community itself is excellent—there’s covered parking, great lighting at night, and secure access using key fobs and door codes instead of traditional keys. 7 years with Camden “So sorry for wanting to know where the unit is.” What an inconvenience to the leasing agent for the resident to want to know where the unit was. You gave me a keyfob to the garage for me to tour by myself where I got lost for 15 minutes in the cold trying to locate where the porch of the unit was. I didn’t see all the amenity areas because I inconvenienced the leasing agent when I showed up 5 minutes early to the tour. While touring the garage to locate the porch BY MYSELF I spotted trash, large trash like mattresses, and the smell of human urine. When I inquired of the local area, leasing agent Kaitlyn Woodrow told me to “like literally just, look around, like park and just LOOK around”. We’ve been helping our son apartment shop and it has not been a fun experience spending our weekends driving around Denver. We were so pleased we met up with Kaitlyn Ward Brown to show us the property. She didn’t make us feel rushed and was patient with the numerous questions we had.
