Camden Apartments and Townhomes

We recently toured Camden Apartments while looking for a 2–3 bedroom home, and we had a great experience! The office manager, Rachel, was awesome. She was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. She walked us through the property and showed us an apartment, making sure we understood everything about the layout, amenities, and leasing process. The community was clean and well maintained, and the apartment felt spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive tour experience, and we left feeling confident and informed. Highly recommend checking them out!

I'm so glad I found this place. It's super affordable, good location and I feel safe here. I was also really happy when I saw my apartment for the first time. It was clean and the flooring looked new. I see the housekeeper every day working hard to keep this place clean. Yes they are old and dated. My apartment is tiny, no dishwasher and I had to buy a window unit for the bedroom because the one in the living room isn't quite enough to keep the whole place comfortable. But I'm okay with that. The neighbors are friendly and I feel management tries hard to keep this place in order. It can get a little loud at times but it's not bad, I just turn my fan up and it usually quiets down quickly. The best place to live it's peaceful no body bothers you and the office lady named Rachelle Griffitts is the kindest lady in the office she will actually work with you on everything you need as long as you communicate.so if your looking for a place to live come speak to her here at the Camdens

Been here since march 2025, this complex has a serious roach problem. Whatever pest control they use is not effective, and it’s a constant issue. If cleanliness and pest control are important to you, I would not recommend renting here. Maintenance is hit or miss. In my case, they did respond within 48 hours of my request, which I appreciated, but it’s sloppy. It can get loud around the property, though personally, it doesn’t bother me much. Pet issues are common—some tenants let their dogs off-leash and don’t clean up after them, which is frustrating and unhygienic. The laundry area is absolutely disgusting. It’s poorly maintained and not cleaned regularly. On the bright side, the neighbors are okay, no major issues there. I stay to myself so thats probably why.

Apartment size was great for an individual. Left at the end of August 2025, still waiting an answer from the office staff into regards of deposit being returned after being told an earlier time.
