Cambridge Square Hamburg of Blasdell

This complex is decent depending on your neighbors !! The outside is always nice and clean but the hallways are gross depending on your neighbors.!the parks are clean most of the time. The area is diverse kinda I wild say 60% white 6% black 10% Arabian and 24% mixed. Maintenance workers are awesome they are quick and keep everything clean. Office ladies are nice somedays. But the relations line is horrible they don’t help with anything at all. The company itself barely even replies back to the residents they need better customer service and actual people in there making callbacks !! The laundry room is ok, sometimes our machines are down tho and you have to call the wash hotline

The office ladies were nice but I got denied because my landlord reference wasn't good when he lied and I lost my chance but I warned the office lady how he was because I wanted to move after they denied me and I found out why I called my landlord and he started laughing saying now u pay rent this month all I've been trying to do is get my kids into a better living situation and can't 😭

This location Staff are racist toward black people and minorities that aren’t white. I apply to their housing two years ago and they gave me a hard time keep telling me that there is always something need to be fix with my application however I fixed the issue and they come with a different issue. It seems that I’m not the only black person that they rejecting. I have reach out to both assistants and the supervisor at the location but seems that I can’t get the help.

The girls in the office are awesome. They guided me through the entire process. I’m sad to read all these negative reviews because I do not agree. If you are honest and do your part they will get you in as soon as possible.

Employees are very difficult to work with, front office employees are miserable and take there problems out on residents of the complex and blame pre existing issues on tenants. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
