Cambridge Square Apartments of Fort Wayne

I've lived here 7 months now. The staff is amazing. The office staff is real quick to help. The maintenance staff are real quick to do any repairs needed. A time limit of no more than 4 hrs on a the same day within reason. I had a dishwasher emergency the day before Thanksgiving and they were here in about an hour. The dishwasher was holding water even though I wasn't able to use it. They had to give me a brand new one. That took a few months because of backorder. Everyone is extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Tell them I referred you if you fill out an application.

it's really beautiful. by any chance can you please post some photos of the bedrooms for the Apt's and townhomes. I went on to the website and only seen the wall and door in the rooms.

I love living here! Not only is it pleasing to the eye but the staff here are wonderful. It will be 9 years this coming December I have lived here and I plan on staying here, no plans to ever move again. I feel very blessed to live here thanks to Jody, Summer, Ken, Rich and the rest of the staff. They all go out of their way to take care of any issues that might pop up. Thank you all for making this a home to enjoy!

I currently live here and been living here for a year now honey all I can say is make this the last place you move to. They say they abide by Section 8 rules (because they have their own section 8) BUT THEY DO NOT! All they care about is MONEY! It's so expensive to live here YET they don't have a pool, the gym equipment is ran down or just don't work at all, and the ceilings need repaired! I could really keep going! They WILL tow your car if your plates are expired even THOUGH they are NOT authorities nor are my plates 6 months expired! I called the office to complain about the expired plates thing and all she can tell me is "You don't have to park your car here" LOL 2023 has been a rough year and I'm pretty sure for a lot of people but they don't give a DAMN as long as the rich man is get

The management does not have respect for the residents by insisting on the ability to enter the apartment for whatever reason and at any time of the day of their choosing. I find this provision very uncomfortable and bother line illegal. Why not agree on a specific time with the resident? Say a one hour window and a specific date. This way, the resident can wait for you at the agreed upon time. And the hallways are always dirty. At 800 dollars a month for a two bedroom, most renters can actually get something more nicer.
