Cambridge Square Apartments of Chesapeake

My mother has been living here for almost 2 years with no major issues, but recently, June 2, 2025; she encountered harassment, discrimination, and being unable to live peacefully in her dwelling. This incident caused her to experience a mental breakdown. I have attempted to contact corporate three times with no success to complain about the issues. Once by way of email and twice by phone. I was not able to speak to the office manager, Amanda, but I did shortly speak to Ms. Hilda. Unfortunately, my complaint is about Ms. Hilda, so the issue needs to be addressed by the upper chain of command. Outside of this situation, I would rate the complex as 4 stars. Lower income apts. Mostly for people with disabilities or orders. Not best maintenance but location is good and place is usually quiet

Hi, my name is Patty. And I've lived here for almost 20 years. I love this complexAnd the staff here is very, very good at what they do and very professional as well. The only thing I would change. Is the high turnover in maintenance? We have an excellent maintenance team if we could just keep them long enough.

I love Cambridge Square Apartments located in Chesapeake. Very strong community. The residents help each other and look out for each other. The service from the office and maintenance staff is great. It is a guiet community with a little lake and much greenery. I use my patio much.
