Horrible communication. I've been trying to contact someone about my deposit and no one has gotten back to me- secretary when I call can only just "put in another message" - I've been trying to get through since December of 2021, 3 months after I moved out an when they said we should be expecting our deposit back. We should be getting something back since we abided by all things on the lease and left the place spotless. They keep pinning it back on Chelsea commons saying they need their paperwork...from September? Its April...

Will not contact you back regarding issues! Do not refund money and do not resolve issues with property! Horrible company ... you’ll never get a deposit back.. they try to charge you for everything even if the apartment is left spotless with brand new blinds and burners for the stove. They take your deposit and then say you owe them more money and put it on your credit

Still haven’t received my deposit refund since 2021. Just horrible communication. The reviews speak for themselves!

They're very bad there's never a call back to let you know the status of your application Crossings on Indian Street is terrible for returning calls

All properties under this "management" are terribly unsanitary. Especially in Central West Palm Beach.
