Cambria Place

Now that it's been a week and I'm finally starting to settle in a little bit into mine and my family's new luxury townhome, I want to give a huge shout out to Madison Martin who is a beautiful sweet soul. Madison was the one who picked up the phone as I explained my situation looking for a home and that I had a short period of time to find it a place and she was there to help that happen for me. No matter how frustrating the process could be at a lot of times for the things that Burkintine wanted Madison was always very sweet and pleasant to speak to. Of course God's timing with patience and I love when he does this but he led me to Madison and for that I am grateful. Burkintine Property Management you guys are very lucky to have suck a wonderful soul ❤️ to be working for you 😊!!!

Hannah Mayberry, was my tour guide last Thursday, the 12th. Hannah went above and beyond to show me several properties, giving me details about every unit. She was very kind, professional, and patient with all my questions. I cannot express how grateful I was for her professionalism and willingness. She is definitely as asset to your company. Sophie Mace, the property manager at this location, is super helpful she follows up promptly on any and all request and truly cares about tenants of this property. The apartments are nice and I have only had a positive experiences interacting with Sophie and her staff. I highly recommend her and her team to provide any help needed through the application process to the move out process.

No cable service beware the Internet they want you to get can't even get a installation date from bright speed I'm home with no Internet or cable just sitting here looking at walls unbelievable I have to tether my phone Internet with my TV which is very difficult on the data aspect other that the apartment is beautiful they really need to let Xfinity get installed here because bright speed sucks 😞

After several years interacting with different leasing facility maintenance personnel, my experience with Troy from Cambria Place was best one I've had by far. My air conditioning went down on a new construction townhome and his responsiveness, general knowledge, and professionalism were all exceptional. The maintenance team here is fantastic and truly sets this community apart.
