Cambria Apartments

If 0 star is allowed, I will give 0. Please don't trust the management, unless you don't care yourself. That's what I learned from 3 hours driving for a tour, but nobody is in the office. If the time is not available or the staff need to leave for some emergency, please just give me a call or message, that's totally ok, I understand. Everybody need to take care some emergency. But no, nothing. I didn't know, until I drive 1.5 hour to the apartment and find out nobody is in the office for the tour and then drive 1.5 hour back to my home. Don't expect this kind of management would care about their resident.

We lived here over 4 years. I assure that there is no place like Cambria. If you are looking for a frienly environment, this is the place. Talking about our maintenance, always on time. The community is good. There is grocery store across the street and seven eleven too. Safeway is nearby.Overall I loved my stay .

Very good apartment, in very good locality, very less issues. Occasionally water heater doesn't work, but they fix it soon. Management complains lot about mould issues in bathroom, even though you keep it clean, because of lack of ventilation, mould will reappear, be prepared to pay cleaning fee. Small community and friendly environment. If there is something Cambria has to improve, they should not give false commitments to tenants. Recently I moved out and I was charged for utilities for the period I didn't stay. I had to pay rent until next tenant moved in as it was lease break, which is perfectly fine. I didn't get the point why I need to pay utilities bill even for the period after move out date. I did not use any utilities and still I was charged, I have no clue what rules kick in for

Great place to live, great community and lots of stores in walking distance. Sunnyvale community center is less than a 10 minute walk. 7 11 across the street.

The Management is a joke. They sent me an email, list of available units. I said I'm interested, and in second email they have changed prices, which is in official web page prices same as what they sent me in first email.
