Camara Estates

This place is not for seniors. At least that’s what Ms Tamara stated. It’s not a senior citizen complex. I personally asked for a first floor unit when I came here on their “OPEN HOUSE” October 19, 2023. Well some of you I have read the most wonderful reviews how you were toured the grounds by Rayshell and treated so nicely with so much respect and kindness with the young ladies but……one thing was missed with me. MY DISABILITY. ANOTHER THING WAS MISSING……MY CREDIT. ANOTHER THING WAS MISSING…..I PAID A MONTH AND HALF MONTHS RENT $1803 STILL NEVER 👎🏽 TOURED A PROPERTY AT CAMARA ESTATES. ANOTHER THING WAS MISSING…..THE FINAL DAY I FINISHED PAYING ON MY DEPOSIT ON NOVEMBER 15, 2023, RAYSHELL CALLS ME AND STATES MS SHELIA YOU CAN MOVE IN NOW. WELL there was a catch 😖. These apartments are by far the worst I've ever lived in. They moved us into a raggedy apartment so everything was falling apart from day one. My apartment had an ant infestation & the roaches in these apartments are TERRIBLE no matter how much you clean they live in the cracks. Our AC broke almost every month & it took weeks for anybody to fix it. There was huge amounts of mold growing in our bathroom that they tried to paint over not to mention our roof and floor caving in. DO NOT LIVE HERE these apartments are old and DISGUSTING

Well deserved for 5 star. It's a quiet complex and neighbors are friendly. they are very good when it comes to communication. Maintenance did a good job on a few things I needed taken care of.

A few days ago, I toured the place, although I decided to go a different route. I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with Yari. She was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She provided me with excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, Additionally, she offered me all the necessary information, making my first apartment search an effortless experience!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Yari, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we started talking, I felt at ease; Yari has a natural ability to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes conversations flow effortlessly. The vibes were truly positive, and it was refreshing to connect with someone who is not only friendly but also very genuine Yari's insights about the area were enlightening, and she painted a vivid picture of life here. I found myself considering the possibility of moving to this vibrant community, largely thanks to the warmth and positivity that Yari exudes. If you’re looking for someone easy to talk to and who brings good energy, Yari is definitely the person for it!
