Caloosa Cove by Centex

We met Kyle Callahan while looking at new homes in the Labelle area. At the time we only intended to look at homes., After talking to Kyle, we bought a new home. It was a wonderful experience. If it was possible, we’d give him more than five stars he was always Available; returning our calls, answering our questions and helping us through the process. We’re finally moved in and can say this is Home! We feel like we have a new friend with Kyle. We can stop in and talk to him whenever we need to.

On November 14th we went to Walmart to buy some groceries and saw the new houses sign. We went to check it out for our oldest son, well to make a long story short we just closed our house today Dec 17 and our son will be closing on the 30th that tells you how efficient and professional Kyle Callahan (our salesman) is. The mortgage and tittle company they work with ( PGP) are as diligent and professional as he is. We were passing by on SR 80, saw the sign for Caloosa Cove and just thought we would check it out. We met with Kyle Callahan who showed us around. Three hours later we bought a home. We love the home but we really loved the buying experience Kyle provided. He was extremely helpful and supportive during the process but has exceeded expectations for after the sale support. Seriously, Kyle is such a great person and in our opinion he exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would do it in a heartbeat.
