I had an amazing experience touring Callista Hill Country Apartments. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and calm, and the community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Alex was the one who gave my tour, and she was truly exceptional. She is incredibly sweet, warm, and genuine, and she made the entire experience feel comfortable and personal rather than rushed or sales focused. She took the time to walk me through the property, explain the apartment layouts and amenities in detail, and answer every question I had with patience and care. Chris was also very professional and helpful, and it was clear that they work well together as a team. The tour felt informative, relaxed, and thoughtful, and I left feeling confident and excited about the possibil
I had a great experience touring Callista Hill Country Apartments. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a calm Hill Country feel. The leasing staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the tour feel rushed or salesy. The amenities and apartment layouts were clearly explained, and it was easy to picture living here. Overall, the tour with Alexandria was welcoming and informative, and Callista is definitely a community worth checking out.
I’ll try to keep this brief as I could write a short novel on the horror of living here. Cons: moved in was guaranteed a washer and dryer had to wait two weeks to get one in my unit after begging the leasing office. THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING. If you work late you will have to park at the leasing office because after 10pm everything is taken. Other residents leave trash all over the property. The location only works if you commute west on 71 if not you’ll spend everyday in traffic. I felt over charged the whole time I lived here but always paid my rent on time. The website portal didn’t work and wouldn’t accept my bank account info so I was charged a 4.5% service charge to pay with a credit card (roughly an additional $64 every month.) fitness center equipment is broken. I recently toured this apartment community with Alex and Andrew, and the experience was great from start to finish. Alex was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the units and amenities. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the different floor plan options. Andrew was equally helpful and professional, providing clear details about pricing, availability, and the application process. Both of them were patient and made the tour feel comfortable rather than rushed. Overall, the tour was informative and enjoyable, and Alex and Andrew did an excellent job representing the property. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour here if you’re looking for a new place to live.
By far the worst apartment I have lived in. Moved in with a stained carpet, then upon move out they tried to charge me for it. There will be several charges they try to pin on you during move out, so good luck ever seeing your security deposit again. I have lived at a few other places prior to this and never had issues moving out or had charges like this. Furthermore, I had a garage spot they put in my lease for a certain dollar amount but then they tried telling me a few months later that it was a mistake and was actually a substantial amount more which they then tried to charge for, so after more than a dozen emails back and forth citing the lease they finally gave in. In my opinion the complex itself is not very clean or landscaped, and there are several reported issues with car break
