Caliza Ridge

I just recently moved and have stopped by a few apartments. Still trying to find my way around. I saw Caliza Ridge from the highway and decided to stop by. The staff were super sweet and inviting. The apartments look brand new which is a huge plus for me. I just placed my application today! Thank you Ayah and Shadow.

Living at Caliza Ridge has truly been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, but what really sets Caliza Ridge apart is the fantastic office team. The staff goes above and beyond every single day. They’re attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything—big or small. Whether it was answering questions, helping with packages, or making sure maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, they consistently exceeded my expectations. I agree that the apartments are starting to go downhill.I just renewed my lease and I'm regretting it. I haven't had a negative experience with management or the front office. They seem to genuinely want to keep the apartments "upscale"but some of the people here must not know what that means. Upscale living should not include hallways smelling like weed and cigarettes. It should not include cars being broken into. It should not include police officers knocking on your door at random hours of the night. It should not include a sometimes working gate. It should not include random people who don't live here coming to use the amenities. It should not include loud base music from the apartment next at 11pm. It should not include some random person trying to open my door. It should not include

I’ve had an amazing experience at Caliza Ridge. The amenities are top-notch — the fitness center, yoga area, and pet spa are always clean and well-kept, and the whole property feels fresh and welcoming. I especially want to highlight my experience with Megan. She has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. The location is convenient, the elevators are a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere is warm and well-managed. Highly recommend Caliza Ridge to anyone looking for a beautiful community with fantastic staff.

Since moving from Park Slope Brooklyn to San Antonio going on 2 years soon has been a big transition. Finding Caliza Ridge as our place to live has been a blessing. This place has definitely made our stay so much worthwhile. A big shout out to Ayah Musa who has been absolutely amazing with our move in transition and getting things done to make things easier for us. Ayah, you are absolutely amazing at what you do, your professionalism and knowledge of the community is what sealed the deal for us. You are definitely the friendly face for Caliza Ridge and I THANK YOU for everything and Thank you to the other staff members who have also been amazing and helpful when Ayah was busy helping new tenants.
