Caliza at The Loop

Lauren at Caliza at The Loop was absolutely amazing to work with. She made the entire application process feel simple, stress-free, and quick. She explained everything clearly, stayed on top of communication, and was always happy to help with any questions I had. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and wants you to feel confident every step of the way. Thanks to her, getting into my new home was such a smooth experience. We’ve lived all over the world with the military and can honestly say this is one of the best places we’ve lived. Modern facilities and clean grounds in a very quiet & safe community for our kids as most residents are active duty or retired. Has also shrunk San Antonio for us in a good way as everything important is within 10 mins (HEB, Costco, Lifetime gym, our church, etc). Finally the team at Caliza is an absolute joy to work with. This place has taken San Antonio from being a below average assignment to a place we could actually see ourselves settling down.

So, I have lived in Caliza for over a year now and Yes, I will admit the rent is pricey, but the peace of mind I have living here is worth it. From the moment I moved in, Lauren and Robin have gone above and beyond to make this community feel like a family. They consistently overcommunicate, keeping me informed and making sure any issue is handled quickly. You just have to check your email, and if you work with them, they will work for you (I mean I would trust them with my furbaby, and if you know me that says alot) While the amenities may not be extravagant, to some, the sense of security and support from management is priceless. I really like the location of this community and the fact that I can rent a single home with no neighbors above or below me. The staff are amazing-very professional and knowledgeable, Robin made the process so simple and explained the contract and community policies with ease. I am excited to move in and I know I will be well cared for by management.

We have recently moved into the community and are really enjoying it! We toured a lot of townhome communities in the area and every one fell short, except Caliza. The units are great—simple, modern, practical. The amenities are great and the community really tries to bring people together with happy hours, food trucks, etc. Lauren and Robin have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and helpful since we have moved in. I really feel that the community strives to maintain its property and make it enjoyable for its residents. It’s well worth the price given the amenities, yard maintenance, surrounding area, and neighboring residents! Great place to live if you’re looking for a well maintained, quiet neighborhood!
