Renters and Owners Beware Renters: CHECK YOUR LEASE before signing. This company will charge you for normal wear and tear, and your deposit will be taken for painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning! We lived in our home for 5 years, kept it clean and well-maintained, and never wore shoes upstairs. Even when trying to be reasonable, the representatives showed little care and even threatening. Owners: Be aware, management does the bare minimum to maintain the property. No checkups in my case and only rely on reported problems. Technician was very polite and prompt. He communicated his arrival time and what he was going to do to remedy the issue. He worked very efficiently and cleaned up everything when done. His work was beautiful, done very well. You can’t even tell there was an issue! It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for promptly fixing the issue!

It’s been a week we still don’t have hot water. Nothings has been fixed yet. Still waiting on the part to arrive. :( finally it’s fixed after 10 days but Laurie has been amazing! She is very nice and polite.
