California Place Apartments

I have lived in this community for a long time. I find it to be very peaceful. Now, that's not to say that there haven't been any issues since I've been a resident, but for the most part, I like living here. My experiences have not all been positive, but, if there are any hiccups, the staff in the office are quick to respond. If for any reason they are unable to accommodate you, they will follow up with you and keep you in the loop about what's going on. I would like to thank Cassandra for being a big part of this. If there is something I need, it's always "no problem." Whenever I have a question(s), she usually has the answers and if not , she'll tell me that she'll find out for me. Joe’s (Groundskeeper) attention to detail, his professionalism and reliability are remarkable. I notice and appreciate the pride, effort, care and hard work he puts in, to making California Place clean. The cleanliness and efficiency makes a big difference. This review is specifically for the maintenance worker, Joe. I don't live at the complex; however, was visiting a friend the other day, and I noticed that he was spending time to cimpletely clear debris from a parking spot to ensure that it was free for someone to park in. I appreciate that he went out of his way to do that.

Every nice dtaff and they greet you with the most redpect eith you in mind. If you jave any questions the dtaff eill respond to the best of their ability to accommodate you.

I have lived at this complex for three years and have seen a multitude of staff get changed and replaced over the years. One thing I can tell you is each one of the staff here cares about making sure you get the help you need. I’ve had appliances break and every time it’s always simply been “send a request and we’ll get it done today or tomorrow.” I have never had a rude or disrespectful conversation with anyone here. The maintenance team especially Joe are respectful of your items and of how you had them before they came in. The front desk staff especially Cassandra and Vera is always kind and helpful with questions and concerns. I thoroughly love living here.
