Calibre Woods Apartments

I lived here for 3 years. Highly recommend this complex if you're looking for a quiet, safe, and well-kept neighborhood. Kristy and her team do a great job with the complex. Maintenance usually gets to you same day or next day. Units are nice. Amenities all in good shape. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of meeting the entire team at Calibre Woods while working on the property, and I was genuinely impressed! From Kristy, the Property Manager, to Kelly and Angel — every single person was kind, personable, and genuinely cared about the residents. You can tell they know their tenants by name and have built real, meaningful relationships within the community. What really stood out to me was when I returned the next day — Kelly remembered me instantly, greeted me warmly, and treated me as if I were already a resident. That level of hospitality is rare and truly speaks volumes about the culture here. Thank you, Calibre Woods team, for your kindness and professionalism. If I decide to choose a new place to call home, Calibre Woods will definitely be at the top of my list!

Wish I could give them 0 stars, please don’t move here! It will save you so much stress. I lived there almost a year ago and a get something in the mail from a debt collection agency saying I owe them $875 for carpet that was stained to the point that it needed to be replaced (I cleaned the carpet right before I moved with a professional carpet cleaner). Before this i never received anything from the complex trying to get this money. Right when I got it called the manger and she said to send over pictures of the carpet and she will take care of it. I sent the pictures and she never sent me an email back. I tried to call just about everyday to talk to the manger, she is always out of the office. Vocation, meetings, emergency, every excuse you could think of. Still trying to get ahold of her

I recently moved out a few days ago, and I wanted to share my heartfelt review of the apartment complex where I lived for almost two years. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed Elsie , who was genuinely kind and attentive. I particularly loved chatting with her because she is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about everything regarding to pricing, the property and her tents. During the tour I felt like she was the celebrity of the complex. EVERYONE knew and acknowledged her, when we were on the tour . I was truly taken back when she didn’t move into management after the previous guy left. She really deserves all the recognition, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend leasing with her. I lived here for 1 year really enjoyed it. The apartments are super nice, the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. BUT BE WARNED there is ALWAYS heavy machinery sounds throughout the late morning-afternoon. Multiple times a week!There is no respect for the residents that live here. Its either power washing, leaf blowing, tree cutting. Literally non-stop at all times of the year its super annoying to deal with if you are home during the day. So I would highly recommended getting some ear plugs because the windows do not help with the sound.
