i really held off on making this review. this unit has so many issues I can only explain a few. 1st The unit is right next to the gate so you are going to hear the gate noise you cannot sleep due to the gate noise. 2nd The upstairs neighbors. They are very inconsiderate of people living under them. They make all types of noise all day and night long. So now you have gate noise and noise from upstairs so your never getting any sleep or peace and quiet. 3rd this unit has flooded 3 times in 4 months I have consistently asked for a new unit due to all of these reasons and this property management has taken no consideration to the health hazards of outstanding water that then creates mold. light fixtures fell and the cabinets are separating due to the water in the ceiling. please don’t waste yo

Clearly they delete reviews.......Don’t waste your time or money. For what they charge you can find somewhere better. Rent is extremely overpriced for the living conditions. When it rains it the main pathway to our building floods. They are aware that this happens and they never once tried to fix or prevent this. Like put some planks down or something. I’ve submitted work orders for an issue with my kitchen light beginning a year ago and have submitted multiple regarding the same issues since then, and the issue still has not been fixed. They just keep marking work orders as complete without fixing the issue or giving any update on why it’s taking so long to fix. They charge fees for everything and refuse to offer credits or refunds. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE. This should be ZERO stars- don’t be fooled by the price of rent here because it is low for a reason (Read Below). I recently terminated my lease with Cali Crossing after living here for about 5 months-and I have never felt so relieved. While I was a resident, there was a lack of communication and professionalism from management prior to new management coming in. However, even when I need to ask a question I needed to take a day off or use my lunch break just to come to the office and leave work to ask my question(s)- since I rarely received any responses from multiple emails sent. I lived here from (March/2023) to (Feb/2025). During my time at the property, I experienced ongoing roach infestations despite submitting multiple maintenance requests. Maintenance took a long time to address issues and repairs were often temporary or incomplete. After moving out, I was sent to collections without proper explanation or billing clarification. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment to others. (I still won’t be paying anything ! Cali crossings)

I lived in these apartments with my brother and let me say that it was bad, the management kept the first rent saying they didn’t receive it when it reflected out bank. And made us pay again. There is horrible hurricanes here, with things flying everywhere and trees falling. There is never a maintained guy available always unavailable for issues. The office lady is always eating or out of the office and never attends us just says come back later then would be closed. We left and cut our lease and made us affect our credit with a balance of $3000 and extra charges for no reason.
