I lived at their Suites at Port Warwick Property for 6 months. WORST experience renting PERIOD! Management was terrible at resolving issues in a timely manner. Ok if you need to settle for a place to live. That property was noisy and you could hear EVERYTHING! From someone who has rented multiple properties this was a slap to the face. I have been moved out for 2 months now. Was not informed that they sold this property and my account was in "limbo"(per their associate Anne). If I did not contact them I would not have known how much longer they would have taken. I am steering clear of this management group. Obvious that this is a smaller company and not a larger group. Will say Anne did call me back in a timely manner but do not appreciate having to call them so I could get my money. Unpro
