the Vice President/ Director of Villas On The Green I Palm Desert, California has threatened me with false accusations that my dog has been reported as "Dog Off Leash" which is false. She has threatened me via email and I have a petition from my neighbors that this a false accusation. This woman should be fired as she does not even represent the state of California. She lives in Utah. Do not trust Cal American until she is removed from her duties She is guilty of animal cruelty. It has been a week since I have been able to walk my emotional support dog. She is still taunting me via email while threatening with "Cease and Desist." against me This woman needs to be evaluated by Human Resources at Cal American. This woman is in violation of California Civil Code 1940.2 . I have had to report
