Good morning everyone Well I have been renting here for almost 13yrs.I've always paid my rent on time,and NEVER missed a payment. I told Liss Property about a problem with the back door on Oct-27-23,they have yet to fix the door.They supposedly be ordering one,and I'm still waiting My door ti my apartment kept locking me inside since May-24.They keep telling me that they are going to fix it.Well I'm still waiting???I guess someone has to get hurt FIRST Well I'm still waiting. John from the office came to my apartment tin the beginning of March he said I definitely need a door.He called Christian to show him the door.They agreed that I needed a new one,IT'S now the end of March,and I still don't have a door,and they are acting like I didn't even say anything.I'll keep y'all informed about

I love this property management! I also want to give a shout out to Keila Vazquez! She is very professional, understanding & convincing! I loved her energy she was very easy to talk to & helped me with finding a property & maintaining the property. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and dealt with accordingly, I can’t thank her enough! Huge shout out to this property management team!

They are not reliable when it comes to maintenance or taking care of anything relative to the apartments or the building.

This real estate agency IS HORRIBLE…if I could give -20 stars I would! My first initial property manager was FIRED for scamming people but of course the agency tried to cover that up by saying that person “left” the company 🙄. That’s just the tip of the iceberg though. They take MONTHS to repair if at all, on top of there is no communication within the office. I can’t even imagine how in any universe people are leaving good reviews for this agency. Unprofessional agents, lack of communication, no sense of urgency are just a few things to point out! So quick to collect payment but so slow to fix ANY problem or repair. I could literally write a novel on this agency with nothing good to say other than they ask if you want coffee when you visit the office ! You can make appointments to have me

Keila is so nice and profesional in all ways. She is very profesional and respectful. One thing I have to point at is that she cares about customers like in personal way and that right there makes a huge difference. Recommend 100%.
