My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They manipulate the rules to their advantage and act dishonestly. Coralie Teichman, in particular, displayed unethical and unprofessional behavior. Even with a binding contract, they altered dates to benefit themselves. I strongly advise others to avoid this company

BEWARE OF THE THIS COMPANY. I will soon be filing a complaint. Repairs are never resolved. My father, who's is now 83 of age, has been without an AC for a week and counting. A repair person came to the apartment did not resolve the issue and turned off the unit the entire weekend in 87 degree weather. The following Monday 9/30/2024 my dad and I called again with no response or a follow up visit to finish the repair. No notes no new calls to resolve the issue.

People be aware this company is a FRAUD!. They kept one month of my security deposit at the end of my lease detailing damage on the apartment I was in there( I have pictures and is not true) but they took anyway my money. WORST PROPERTY MANAGMENT , read well the contract because they are the only one that ask 2 months security deposit. Also don't expect them to solve you any problem or even CARE ABOUT YOU.All that they want is your money. Shame on them! People should know before sign any document with you that you will kept one month no matter why. In my case, I clean very well the apartment, I have pictures... the walls were painted when I start living there but they expected you to keep the apartment perfect (3 years) looks like a joke, so you(in this case me and my mother) pay the pain

Will be hearing from an attorney. They take your application fee run your credit and background after already releasing the property to another tenant. I’ve called for over two weeks with no answer. I have all receipts and time stamps, and not once was I notified. Class action if this has also happened to you!

Barely any response to phone calls or emails! Less than a week notice of sale of property! They do not care about tenants! The people suck! Just money hungry!
