Updated Review: So, Chris from CAF office reached out to me, and I appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns. He seemed to genuinely care about the issues I brought up, which I valued. On the other hand, my conversation with the property manager wasn’t quite as pleasant, but commitments were made to address my complaints. That said, I am not ready to give a positive review yet. I would like to see these changes implemented and maintained for some time so I can confidently provide an update on the improvements. If I could give this company, especially Wimbledon Apartments zero stars, I would. I moved in November 2025 and am already counting down the days until my lease ends in December 2026. I am always on the go so don’t come in the office /gym very often but when I do, Summer and Natasha always get a smile out of me. They both are a reflection of the light we are through Christ. I really appreciate their energy and the love for their job. Raindance is being well represented with Summer and Natasha! I can’t think of the other gals name in who sits to the far left but she also always greets me with a big smile and I truly appreciate the environment here at Raindance. Love it here!

Ms. Angela Rios is nothing less than amazing. Her energy, wonderful customer service skills, her patience, determination and drive to help residents or future residents is incredible. During my application process, she made she everything went smoothly and went prompt. She called me everyday to update me on my process of being approved. Her communication skills are top tier and she made sure everything was right for the apartment to feel like home from the moment walking into the doors. Ms. Norma also assisted me with signing my lease. She was also great! She was so nice, friendly, down to earth and helpful as well. Great job ladies!!! Keep up the amazing work. I've had a great experience working with the CAF Management team. They are professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in how they operate and care for their apartment communities. A special shoutout to Amanda Giles, who has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, proactive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable and well-managed property to go with a CAF community!

living at Evoke was great! i highly recommended to anyone looking Evoke is the place!! Joselin was so helpful to me and made my experience extremely memorable!!!! i lived here but just recently moved due to my work distance, i loved living here, and if ever given the opportunity to be closer id move back immediately!!!
