My husband and I are so happy to have met Lauren Martinez and have her help us with our first home purchase. She was knowledgeable about the many steps between seeing the house we loved and calling it ours. She was also very prompt and helpful when responding to us and so sweet and genuinely happy for us when we closed on our home. We didn't know her beforehand but we are glad we reached out to her. Not impressed at all. We were the buyers and they were the selling agent. First, we went to open house and were told we would qualify for a free fridge because we both work in Healthcare. We forget to mention this in initial offer and they did not accept our addendum the following day. They did not communicate effectively with our agent throughout. Several times he had to try contacting 3 to 4 people to get answers.. At closing, they said we couldn't get the keys early that day due to needing to do final cleaning. This was pretty obviously not done as there was dust and dirty toilets. Finally the supra lockbox was left on our front door for weeks. I was really disappointed with the group throughout and would recommend trying another group in the area.

I am currently selling my house and had the unfortunate experience of having a showing scheduled today for Mr. Manske (who came with clients). He showed up nearly 17 minutes early, which normally isnt an issue at all, but when I quickly jumped out the front door with my dog and secured the house, he stopped me to inform me my house has a lockbox. I didn't understand what the problem was. The answer was surely obvious...call my Realtor for the code, dude. He then said he doesn't have the code. I replied with the obvious, "Just call my Realtor for the code, sir." He then proceeded to ask me if there was a second lockbox one. I just kept trying to leave and said, " No, just that one". His clients were standing there staring uncomfortably, and then he said "Is there a blue one?" I was so uncom
