I’m a “Big Yelper” and a Review of my Community is simply long overdue. I’ve been here for now over 2 years. At the end of the day it’s all about location. Door to Door – I’m 7 Minutes from my job; Who can beat that? I’m extremely comfortable in this community. We were the first ones to occupy this beautiful three-bedroom apartment with a really cute terrace and our Electric Grill. Over the past two years, we watched a lot of people come and go and I’ve made a lot of friends. Now it’s just me living here in this giant 3-Bedroom Flat. ;-) That’s another story for another day. You can’t live here and you’re not going to last here if you are a dead beat and you have an attitude problem. From what I understand, those who fail to pay rent are dealt with swiftly and harshly. This place is clean, upkept and looks very well maintained. All the staff are super helpful and very friendly. If you’re looking for an excellent apartment near Charlotte, you have to go and lease here. It seems like a brand new location. Jose was very helpful in answering all questions. I definitely recommend them highly.

I've lived here for a year and the place and location is fantastic, however my experience there was soured but the new management that took over. The previous management was kind and pretty easy going with everything. I usually see them out and about the complex with smiles and making sure we all got what we needed and problems were fixed. They were in a league of their own. The new management however seem more corporate than anything. It took me till I began to move out to actually see them in the main building, and the main person doesn't come out of the backroom for anything. This management is far from friendly and will do the bare minimum. Oh and let's not forget about raising the rent on you to have you move out of the main building just to lower the price of the apartment you move

Moving all the way from **New Jersey**, I was a bit nervous about finding the right place to call home — but choosing **Cadia Millennium** was hands-down the **best decision I made**. From the very beginning, Jamani and Simone made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel comfortable and supported right away — which meant the world to me during such a big transition. The apartment itself is stunning: modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are top-notch, and the entire community feels safe, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. If you're moving from out of state like I did, trust me — **Cadia Millennium is the place to be**. Huge thanks again to Jamani and Simone for helping me feel right at home!

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Cadia Millennium! ❤️ The community is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but what truly makes it stand out is the staff. Jamani and Simone are always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Brandon and Jose provide exceptional support and makes every interaction easy and pleasant. A special shout-out to maintenance—they are quick, efficient, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Overall, I’m extremely happy living here and highly recommend Cadia Millennium to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
