Caddo Rooming House

Clean, quiet, affordable & NO BUGS!! This place is tucked away from the main drag. Extremely quiet because there is no traffic. Awesome place to stay in a pinch. I would definitely recommend the Caddo House to business, clean people looking to make a home or just a short stay.

I have been at the Caddo House for a little over a year, is located in a predominantly blue-collar neighborhood, the owner is a very nice guy, the people who live there also are very down-to-earth and willing to be nice neighbors, there are security cameras inside and out the resident, there are no insects to my knowledge, there are no rodents to my knowledge, I am living proof that the environment is well suited for human habitationI also feel that the people who have left bad reviews have a personal axe to grind, don't believe the negative hype

If you have money laying around owner or manager is gonna steal it I got $10,000 stolen from me and on top of that they have a lot of insects and rodents there

This is the worst house ever they got slot of drug activity going on n the manager Steve doesn't care r the owner
