On advice of our Realtor, we hired Corey to inspect the home we are buying in Rutherfordton. It was an excellent decision. We were about 45 minutes early for our appointment, and to our surprise, Corey was already there waiting for us. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and competence. He handled all the questions I had with absolutely no frustration. He set up an appointment within a few days of our conversation. When I showed up to my perspective home he had done a very in depth inspection. He took me thru the home and showed me what each issue was and the corresponding pictures.
