Very nasty management be ware ! Will place 3 days eviction notice on your door if you are late‼️ process evictions immediately after the 3days notice also have you pay lawyer fees on top of that 450$ -500 you will have to pay that with your rent and you will have an eviction filed at the court house less than 30 days even if you pay late fees and the lawyer fees‼️ very high turn around rate soon as they evict you they move their next victim in

I have been at this apartment for 6 years and the only good management saw there was Meg. All the others prior were very terrible. From people who just was nice to people who would steal the tenant's rent money. Now the rent keeps going up its not worth it. Rent used to be 600 now it 901 for a loft. A couple would feel like it's a box. Trust you can get a nice place for 900 bucks

The office manager Linda is horrible. She enters people home when EVER she feels like it. I literally had to shove her and the management out my home because I wasn’t given a notice for a “pre-inspection” which no one ever heard of. She is beyond disrespectful and rude. If you chose to live here keep in mind she will abuse her power and will enter your home without notice for ANY little thing. She is a mean lady and targets people who she doesn’t like. Please guys keep and open mind. The only good thing about living here is the maintenance man Pedro. He is very respectful and doesn’t even agree with his own manager and try’s to do the job the best he can. Tho he is over worked. She needs to be fired immediately

After two years living there I was able to buy a home and get out of this place, interestingly I got a $1,882.00 bill with no explanation whatsoever, I don't know what happen to my $350.00 deposit and what kind of destruction I can possibly caused to the unit for them to charge me that much money., keep in mind I did not brake the lease. After two years of on time payments this is what I get. Anybody with a 3rd grade education will know that's clearly a rip off attempt. I hope someone see this post before doing business with these people.

Landlords must give a tenant proper notice to enter an apartment in the state of Florida. The landlord can only enter at a "reasonable time" which Florida law defines in the statute as between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. A landlord or any property personnel cannot enter your apartment whenever he or she feels like it without proper notice. Otherwise property personnel is violating law.
