C & G Mobile Homes

The review is more for probably for Destiny Homes than C&G, but since they are the seller I guess this is for everyone. This house was not put together well, so much not right, lots not to code, somethings are not even complete. After the occupancy permit and we moved in, there wasn't even water connected to the house. C&G said it was the plumber's fault, but whoever plumbed the home initially glued the master shut off valve closed. So I had to work with the plumber to have water on Day 1. Then we had water and couldn't shower because they didn't grout the tile showers. They left materials all over the house. Paint splatter was left all over the floor. The microwave wasn't connected to power. The water line wasn't hooked up to the refrigerator. The front door and the back door won't c

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jamey Howell really knows his stuff. From the moment we called him and told him what we wanted to today has just been fantastic. He was avaiable to us each step of the way. He was as excited about the house being delivered on delivery day as we were!! The house was delivered on time and the finish work was completed in a very timely manner. What a beautiful home we have! We are so blessed to have done business with C & G Homes, especially Jamey! Deer Valley puts out a beautiful home and stands behind it. We couldn’t imagine doing business with anyone else.

The best in the South. Mr. Ken is the best. Great price and communication. I shopped around Florida for a new dream house. Mr. Ken gave me the best price with everything included. Well septic and AC skits and permits.... everything out the door.

8 years ago Jamey Howell sold me and my wife our beautiful home. I was 25 at the time, and I am so thankful for all the effort and TIME he put into to guiding and helping me with our first home purchase. We wanted to start having kids asap, and Jamey pushed back alot on us biting off my house than we could afford. Because we live locally, his words were, “I don’t want yall to see me in Publix and want to beat my ass because I sold y’all a house you couldn’t afford.” I loved and respected the accountability and transparency that he brought to the table. 8 years later, we still love our house, he have 3 kids in it, and two dogs, it’s not too big, and it’s not to small. Since day 1 we have been missed communicated, lied and now ghosted by this company. The quality of the show room is not closed to what you will receive. July/ 2025-updating this comment, it has been almost a year waiting for things to get fixed.
