I’d give them this one star‼️Only because of the 1st impression of the office staff, Kathy, which is the Office Mgr, & her mother whom is the receptionist. 2415 S.18th St. Lafayette, IN. Kathy did the showing of the townhouse which was nice, during the walk thru! So, I did sign a lease on April 10, On April 17th I enforced my lease to be terminated early! The 2nd day after moving in, I kept smelling this fowl odor, like a dead animal smell! So, now with a house full of my boxes & personal possessions, I decided to not unpack and look for this awful smell, which was leading me into the kitchen. There’s a checklist that Kathy gave me to complete within 2 days, I had the stove on there which was used, dirty, old grease stains, & a awful smell, which I had unplugged and pulled it out & Bingo t

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this property management company. They lied and claimed a vehicle was “abandoned” when it was very clearly not — it was part of an active job being done on my house, right next door. The car had only been there for a couple of hours, but somehow they exaggerated and said it had been sitting for months. Really? When I called to clear things up, the woman on the phone was incredibly stuck-up and dismissive, acting like we were the problem. She refused to listen, had an attitude, and blamed the worker for parking “in the wrong place,” even though people park there all the time and he was literally working on a home next to the spot. This company clearly doesn’t care about facts or being professional. Just a bunch of power-tripping nonsense and false cla

Despite the consensus on Google about this company, I decided to just look at an apartment. What a dump for $1000 a month. Do not do business with these people! Absolutely rude people to even talk to, let alone rent an apartment from. The minute you tell them how bad the place looks, their attitude changes. How are they still in business with all these poor reviews? They are exploiting people by buying up properties and jacking up rent and bogus fees. It should be illegal.

ATTN IF U NEED UR HOME RENTED OR IF U NEED A RENTAL....let me tell you something after working with these people I absolutely do not have a negative thing to say they have been 100% helpful to us they have listened to us they have strived to get our rental ready they've done everything that they said they were going to do. They have just been wonderful and very kind to us these people have worked with us and helped give us a second chance when no other company would I mean no other company would these people believed in US and helped us. So if you own a home and you want a company to help you rent it out these are the people for you because they do their job and they do it well if you need a rental and you're struggling to get help these people will go out of their way to try to make sure

i don't mean this in a bad way it's my personal experience It's ok but not helping or listening to a disabled person out your help them. Find a new place is nuts and kicking out a disabled person is nuts but I do like there houses but I am finally hoping to find some other place to rent through they said my trash is all over the yard I am sary I been very sick lately u can judge my pictures sary I al most died December 7 Because of helth complications and they gave me a med I was allergic to at er that made me not feel good for a long time than had a big surgery to save my life that took the wind out of me for a month now we are in early March when I found I was just getting sicker and was in er from the 4th through 11 ish than in nursing home tell the 18th of March than found out my fri
