One of the few companies that actually answers their phone and returns calls. My dealings with the BVB Properties Staff is they are always willing to help address any issues that may arise. Great landlord

If I could give these people 0 Stars I would.. This company does not pay its vendors and will not communicate with you period. If they do not address the issues of money owed at the properties they manage neither will they address any issues you have at your location. They manage a property at 400 b Kings HWY North,Myrtle Beach South Carolina. This is a Time share place called Corner Stone Vacations. We were out there on a Sunday and returned the following day on Monday to address said issues almost 60 days ago. They refuse to pay even with a signed invoice before the job started. Bill at BVB properties keeps passing the problem back to cornerstone vacations to Nikki Sigler and then Nikki will pass the the blame back to bvb... This company has a excuse every time we call and ignores most o

We have leased several commercial office spaces from BVB Properties over the years. Our current location at Diamond Head Shopping Center in Mooresville, NC is a excellent location and a beautiful building. Our experiences with BV Belk and his staff has always been professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend BVB Properties to anyone looking for retail or office lease space.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Lies from day one. Owner wants to control your company and won’t fix anything. Some guy acting like an attorney but was disbarred from practicing law. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants success. Not a good place for minorities to work or lease! Worst property company in existence!

Unprofessional, irresponsible, unresponsive when it comes to property management and Common Area Maintenance which requires immediate action to avoid further damage to customers and tenants.
