The manager LeAnn is the best the property has ever had. I had almost 6 years of tenancy here and went through multiple managers. If you see anything about a manager prior to 2024, it is NOT the current manager. LeAnne is responsive, kind as can be, and very understanding. The maintenance staff Russ is beyond amazing and very good at his job. The units are very fairly priced and I think they are an amazing deal for the cost. Happy to be in a new place but sad to leave the amazing staff here, they are very great

The staff here is amazing. Ms. LeAnne is the nicest property manager you will ever have and the maintenance guy Russ is incredible. They have always been super helpful and on top of it with the property. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars has NOTHING to do with them. The property is older and has thin walls with poor insulation so noise and the electric bill factored into the one star being held back. This is nothing they can fix, it would fall on Celadon Properties the owners and I want to be very clear about that. If you decide to try these apartments, just know that you couldn't be luckier to have an amazing property manager like Ms. LeAnne. If I could take her with me to my next rental I would! I have lived here for about 1 1/2 yrs, although it’s an older apartment complex, i love that it has character. you have four buildings, all facing the courtyard, in each section, which i love! i have gotten to know my neighbors and we get together on the weekends and just chill in the courtyard. The management and maintenance are both great! I have not had any issues living here and I will be signing another lease when this one is up.

I recently moved in to an updated apartment. Tiffany and Russ have been very kind and flexible with my move in. I haven't been here long yet, but so far it seems fairly quite. My apartment was as expected for price and age of apartments. The updates on floors amd bathrooms are nice and appear to be well done. I have two rooms almost completely set up!

Never been more disappointed with a company. Yes I am a current resident The management is rude, leasing company supervisor is nasty. Repairs a terrible. This company doesn’t care as long as you pay them. Regardless if you have rats, scorpions, fire ants, mold, lizards, they ignore elderly abuse all for profit. If you try to fix anything they tell you your lease is void and leave. Once you leave even though your lease is up guess what 4k in repairs for their reservations to make it look better. But they never fix the problem. Look up police reports for this complex. The track record does not lie. Don’t give them a 5 star because they ask for it give them a genuine rating based off your experience. I lived there for 4 years. I’ve watched 3 neighbors die from their lack of morals. 3 people
