Bustle-Towne Apartments

Many of my neighbors and I have complaints about the lack of maintenance available and there are no maintenance worker on the weekend to support any of our issues. We must call an emergency service if something occurs on the weekend and the tenant is then responsible for the charges. My elderly neighbors recently had an issue with their thermostat over the weekend where the heat was not working properly and the landlord sent the bill to the tenant because it was an external service (due to it being a weekend). Should an elderly person sit in the cold over the weekend to avoid an added cost that should be the onus of the landlord? Many people live in apartments like these because of the maintenance services provided that they cannot otherwise attend to themselves yet it seems this landlord

I fill out application multiple times they denied it they just want to make money out of you filling out the application. They always charge $40 for each person and never accept your application. They have a bad customer service. Don’t ever fill out application for this apartment every time I take my application they say they will give me the apartment, but they never do like if you don’t wanna give it just say it without taking our money it’s not like money comes from air we work hard for it never wasting my money for this trashy apartment

Very nice and quiet, heat & air, storage closets, good people in the realtor office.
