Manager Romero is extremely disrespectful. He was disrespectful to my pregnant wife over the phone after the managers continued to tell us they would come fix issues within the house but never came.

Management sucks...mold on the walls and they just paint over it. Repairs never get done. grass infested of fleas even with the flea medicine the dogs gets em.. loud neighbors. Helicopter always around and they wanna charge luxury apartments prices.. security but doesn't ever do anything. Cops never show up. Catalytic converters always stollen. And it's semi gated and they still don't do anything about it. Paid parking but ppl still park in your spot. Water quality sucks. The faucets drop dirty water. How can we clean our dishes ?

Unfinished repairs. Workers urinate on the side of buildings. Wall repairs are molding in 3 months. As soon as you get oked for any repairs management either fires that person and/or takes so long to repair issue that the damage is more extensive that it costs more.
