If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is a terrible place to live in. They will scam you, rent you a mold infested trailer. They rent and sell uninhabitable mobile homes constantly. Noemi Bergmann is very rude and unprofessional. I personally think she needs to be fired, you definitely need better management. Every person she speaks to in here, is with a power trip. No wonder there are multiple lawsuits. Do not rent or buy from this place.

Naomi is rude and doesn't know what she's doing. I have a service dog and they are trying to reject her and my letter stating she's a service dog, claiming she's a restricted breed. My ESA letter covers this. Do not buy or rent from this place. I wanna move but im stuck here

The manager Noemi is very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to move my mobile home to one of the parks and she just wasted 2 months of my time. Every week I called her and she was rude. Thank God Shady Oaks is faster and better. They accepted my application within 24 hours.

Used to be a good community to live in. Kids were safe,property was nice. Now kids will get ran over as people do 40mph thru here and stop signs are for decoration. Police are in here all the time and arrest the same people over and over again and they are allowed to continue to live here. I regret buying my place in here and as soon as it’s paid off we out.

Pay 1051 for a rebuild trailer that use to be a drug trailer wires and plug in still exposed in certain areas had electrical issues as well as the doors keep coming off and they say I'm kicking or slamming doors when the door is a double door you can push open if nothing holds it closed there was a gas leak due to overgrown tree growimg into my line nicore came out dug up my lawn. When I told them my landlord said it was due to over grown weeds and blamed me when they used a chainsaw to cut it down mind you I was at work came home at 2 am to deal with this on (recent edit) I called a siding expert due to them saying I damaged the siding ...
