Burroughs Mill

I did a tour with Teresa! Burrough Mills was absolutely stunning. I am hoping to move into a marlton Unit with a view of the lake and sunset. The community feels like home and Teresa is a great example of the high standards this community holds itself too! Highly recommend!

10/10 community! Theresa in the office and all of the maintenance staff have been wonderful. Our unit is all updated and beautiful, we were so happy with it. Plenty of storage and I cannot hear my neighbors which is all great. Definitely recommend moving here!

We had a great experience touring with Teresa!! She was amazing! Answered all of our questions, was super extensive with explaining each unit and even showed us the sweet spot units she liked herself! We loved the property and all the amenities as well- definitely on the top of our list for when we move!

My experience at Burroughs Mill was frustrating and disappointing, largely due to management issues. After moving out, I spent over six months trying to recover my security deposit despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter amicably. Management communication was poor and inconsistent, and invalid charges were withheld. Photos used to justify the charges were taken after maintenance had already entered the unit and started work, not at move-out. Thankfully, I had my own documentation of the apartment’s actual condition, which ultimately resulted in the return of my full deposit and additional compensation. Overall, I liked living here — the apartments are nice and maintenance was always quick to respond and come over to fix things. However, how am I supposed to know I am being charged for 1–2 months behind when every month it’s just for one month? My last bill ended up covering two months, which was very confusing. The billing process for utilities is very confusing. The portal doesn’t clearly show which month(s) each bill covers, and the wording makes it difficult to understand what you’re being charged for. Throughout my year living here, it was hard to get someone on the phone or to get a response to emails.
