Burns Flat Rental Properties

We just began renting but the same day we told them about our ac they came too fix not even an hour later!! Had we been anywhere else we would’ve waited a couple weeks! The house is very clean and well taken care of and the lady who helped us into our home has been a blessing helping us through this huge moving process! We definitely feel blessed to be apart of this rental group! Sincerely, The Thompson’s

Absolutely love this place, the owner I rented from two different times and he made sure if anything was broken/ not working, he had it fixed asap and very friendly. And the young lady in the office is always so helpful and always smiling, plus they have by far the nicest houses in Burns Flat, which you can check out pictures online and see they are beautiful and always remodeled..

Don’t rent from. The owner of the properties is a slum lord. He takes weeks to fix a major issue, he enters tenants homes whenever he wants without tenant knowing invading privacy, and some issues he just straight up refuses to fix then blames up for it not being fixed later.
