Great community to live in. Variety of floor plans and rent prices. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Love the valet trash pickup, pool, 24 hour gym and business center. Great view from my balcony. Quiet area and staff is polite and helpful.

Wow, I was surprised to see any bad reviews about this apartment complex. Burkart is by far one of the most beautiful apartments I have lived in. I've lived here for almost a year now, and will only be moving because I am going to another state. Let me be clear if I was not moving to another area, I would definitely be renewing my lease. Maintenance is extremely helpful and Brian and Shelly are extremely sweet and efficient when it comes to handling important matters. The office staff is very professional, and the clubhouse is always clean. These apartments are new with all new appliances and includes washer and dryer. I have literally had no major issues since moving in. I have not had any experiences with having bugs or roaches in my apartment and I stay on the first floor. I had a small

Nice, modern apartments. On the pricey side, especially for Seymour, but the walls are pretty thick (we've never heard neighbors ever), it's quiet, people mind their own business and are polite. Maintenance response is fast, they have a manual car wash area with vacuum, a pool and fitness center.

I have been living there for about a year and I love it, the pool is my favorite amenity, the staff is always kind and the maintenance guy is very efficient. The apartment is in a really good shape, you could tell that is brand new and well keep. Thank you so much for let me being part of your community, Congratulation for your excellent work!!!

Our lease ends pretty soon and we're sad to go. Maintenance has always been on top of things. Unless it's a Sunday, they're usually there either that day or the next (we've never had anything urgent needing fixed so that's just Normal priority stuff). Rent is HIGH (about $1000 for a 900sq ft 1Bd1Ba) but definitely worth it. The buildings are new and up to date. We had a washer and dryer in unit. We hardly ever hear our neighbors (first floor). Everyone is pretty nice and usually sticks to themselves. Office staff is really nice and always helpful. Also right down the road from everything, but secluded enough that you don't feel crammed in by neighbors lol. 10/10 recommend if you can afford it.
