Burano Hunter's Creek

I have lived here for 2 years and this year is probably my last. At the beginning everything was good and the apartment had a very homey feel. After two years here we have noticed a pattern of things falling apart. The gate has not worked in the 2 years we have lived here. And the trash compactors break on a monthly basis. The trash company offend forgets to pick up my trash and my apartment faces the streets which means it’s visible from the parking and hard to miss. Don’t get me started on pest control. The last two occasion we requested they did not show up and when trying to call the office to report it is hard to get someone on the phone. Paying 2,000 a month I would image things would be at least try to be kept from breaking so often. These image is not a desirable look or feel to th

I wanna thank Barbarlis for all the help she provided me with moving in to my apartment. I was in a time crunch and she assisted me with everything I need in a timely manner. I also want to thank Amee for assisting me during the move in date. Very nice and patient people!

Jimmy and Herbie are absolutely some of the best maintenance guys I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Not only are they always in an upbeat, positive mindset, but they are willing to help above and beyond and that’s a rare trait in work ethics these days. It was my pleasure working with them, and it will be my pleasure to get the chance to work with them again.

Well, the unit itself and the community isn’t too bad. The flooding here is outrageous. Managment does nothing to rectify this issue. I have submitted several maintenance request. All get completed without any work being done to alleviate this issue.

Aimee has been so helpful with the move in process! She gave us great clarity of how everything works and super helpful! Highly recommend Burano Apartments for anyone moving into the area!
