Bungalows on Camelback

We absolutely love our Bungalow! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and our neighbors are really nice too. The pool and gym are always clean, which makes it easy to stay active. One of our favorite things is having our own backyard—it’s perfect for relaxing, hanging out, or even a little gardening. The whole place feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable. We couldn’t be happier here!💚

Now we have homeless people setting up just on the other side of peoples backyards. Still dumping furniture and we have our own towing company! Save yourself the aggravation of this community, clearly management doesn’t care. I can’t wait to hear the business manager try and spin these new photos. I’m sure there’ll be plenty of fake reviews after this update. 11/25/25 Unfortunately this is the sad reality of living at this property. With the back gate broken and wide open these individuals roam the complex at night. I guess happy pictures and 5 star reviews gets you discounts. Like others have said there is better options for the money. We’re almost done serving our time here and can’t wait to move. As an added bonus there’s plenty of weed smoking and people speeding through the parking

The staff at bungalows on Camelback is amazing. They are patient. They are great listeners. They make sure that our environment is beautiful. Our sight seeing is always above manage. I love it here and I would totally recommend it to anyone that is looking for a wholesome community and wants the best out of your experience of living in a beautiful place that you can truly call home.

I enjoyed the tour at The Bungalows on Camelback. I also enjoyed the unit for their spacious finishes, including their loft ceiling and the private fenced back yards. I liked how the staff help me with my question I asked and the staff had an answer for my question. They were friendly and welcoming.

The bungalows were fine. The customer service was horrendous. If the option for a 1000am tour is provided and I arrive 5 minutes prior to that appointment time and the hours of operation are not posted, don’t unlock the doors at 1000am after I’ve knocked a couple of times and roll your eyes and sarcastically tell me “we don’t open until 1000am guys”. That set a way incorrect tone. Then follow up with passing me off to a different agent who didn’t even crack a smile or say good morning. The house I looked at was pretty nice. The price, competitive with other like communities but that was as non impressive as anything. I selected a different community.
