Bungalows at Asante

We moved in April 2024, the move in experience was seamless and the moving cost was quite inexpensive compared to other places. The bungalow we are in, and have been since 2024, is a perfect size for myself and spouse. The management team and maintenance crew are all phenomenal and always willing to work with us, within reason, to accommodate our needs. This is by far one of the best multi home communities I have lived in. I highly recommend The Bungalows at Asante, we feel like family here. To the staff at The Bungalows, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

My fiancé and I found this place a year ago and fell in love with it. We have been so excited to move here and it is nothing short of amazing. Dina in the front office has been VERY helpful. She is always there to answer questions and gets you the help you need quickly! We are the very first people to live in our unit and we love it. Great location with a walkable grocery store and park across the street! Very quiet and all the amenities are awesome! The maintenance guys are also awesome, they respond quickly, super nice, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with the job done.

For months, residents have dealt with ongoing water issues, including random shutoffs that sometimes last until late at night. Reliable water service should be the bare minimum, not an ongoing disruption. Only after repeated issues did the city finally become involved. There was also a situation where maintenance completed work on a unit, but hot water was not restored afterward. The unit remained without hot water for 24 hours because no follow up was done to confirm the work was completed correctly. This could have been avoided with a simple check. Most recently, residents were notified that trash bins would be temporarily relocated to a specific designated area to accommodate construction. That did not happen. Instead, large industrial trash dumpsters were placed directly in front of

Honestly this place is very beautiful at fort glance…then you start living there for a while. There are always issues with the home. Multiple times water was shut off without notice due to major burst in the main pipe. Sidewalks and streets were flooded. The homes are very cheaply made. Doors are not sealed properly. Recently we called maintenance because our living room light stopped working and our fan in our bathroom would shut off our power every time we turned it on. They set an appointment to come. We locked our dog in our bedroom all day and they never showed. Emailing us later that night that they couldn’t make it and set up another appointment for the next week (because of holiday) and again never showed. Would not recommend moving here during this time due to the water always having to be turned off. Hopefully they are able to get it together soon but this is like the 4th time in the last two months the water has been turned off. It is such an inconvenience for so many people and families especially because we are not given a heads up that the water will be turning off at a certain time. Other than that the community is really nice and cozy.
