Have no complaints so far! Joy was an absolute joy to help us move in especially since when we moved in their systems were down! But she did the best she could with what she got and she explained everything along the way. I do mean EVERYTHING! She was an absolute joy to help us move in after so many others ignored us and she actually worked with us and heard what we needed! definitely seems like she’ll fix the place up from previous reviews!

Do not recommend! I had high hopes as it’s super close to my new job, and the model apartment is nice. I was told before I moved in that they saw the microwave was broken and would be fixed before I moved in. That was 4 months ago and nothing has been done. Management keeps saying they’re waiting on the microwave they ordered. I saw my washer start leaking water a couple weeks ago. They said they’d come check it out and still nothing. Now there is mold growing on the floorboard because of it. Newly “renovated” is a crap job just to make you think the price is worth it when it absolutely is not. Floor board is super uneven, you can feel it when you walk. The gym is terrible, the pool is small and green from how dirty it is. The community laundry mat does not work, neither does the dog wash

This community is located in a very convenient area of San Antonio, close to expressways and the airport. I have noticed a lot of improvements to the property and it already looks and feels elevated. I pay my rent on time and I haven't had any negative issues with maintenance or management. I would give it a 5 star rating based on my experience.

If you are late on rent they WILL do illegal lock changes. Sent them the literal Texas statutes and they ignore it. Texas law requires them to allow you back access to your unit whenever you request, but they wont. Laura is fake nice and actually very conniving. One time I was walking home from work, had a lot going on, crying, and she chased me down to try and stop me to ask about the small amount I owed left for rent. Also the apartment sucked living there. Sewage coming up from the ground, I called the city 3-4 times. Roaches even though I kept it spotless. Somehow paying $1300-$1400 a month. Back door wasn’t sealed properly and a crack from outside let water inside when it rained. My bathroom leaked toilet water from the ceiling above through the light fixture. The baseboard was rottin

Elyssa in the front office is absolutely amazing from being helpful to a true caring professional she is on a fast track to making these apartments the home I know it it is along with it being a great community for all thank you for her and I love where I live!
